The Secunia database currently contains 0 Secunia advisories marked as "Unpatched", which affects Opera 7.x.

This is based on the most severe Secunia advisory, which is marked as "Unpatched" in the Secunia database....
...Currently, 0 out of 28 Secunia advisories, is marked as "Unpatched" in the Secunia database.

I interpret this as no current vulnerabilities with Opera as well
so go hit http://www.opera.com/ and get the fastest browser on earth!
(and make sure its current!)

enjoy
