There are two things you need to do before fixing anything with hijackthis. First, you need to update it; there is an Update feature within it, or you can get it from here:
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/x-Download-5034.html
Next, you need to put it in a permanent folder (not a temp one like you have it now), like c:\hjt\hijackthis.exe.
After you've done that, close all windows, scan with hjt, and have it fix the following entries:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...rch/search.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...//www.yahoo.com
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...rch/search.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...//www.yahoo.com
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WebRebates0] "C:\Program Files\Web_Rebates\WebRebates0.exe"
O8 - Extra context menu item: Web Rebates - file://C:\Program Files\Web_Rebates\Sy1150\Tp1150\scri1150a.htm
Reboot into Safe Mode, go to C:\Program Files and delete the Web_Rebates folder.
Reboot normally, close all windows, scan with hjt and post the new log as there is more to do yet, which will better be handled by the pro's.

Go into add\remove programs & uninstall Webrebates & WebHancer.
Click My Computer, then C:\
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there, and double click to run it.
Reboot & post another log.

Do the others plus, click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs and uninstall 'Window Search', 'Window Searching', 'Lop.com', 'LOP SEARCH', 'Browser Enhancer', or 'Ultimate Browser Enhancer' if listed. You may be given a code to insert, do so and reboot when done. If not listed there, run this uninstaller:

Your HJT is still in a temporary folder, before fixing anything with HJT you need to put it in a permanent folder so it can save backups in case something goes wrong. Do as crunchie suggested earlier:
Click My Computer, then C:\
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there, and double click to run it.
Also, go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and remove the programs crunchie recommended.
