windows error service-popups keep coming back

I could use a little assiatnce getting rid of the windows error service pop up. i am flummoxed and no one else can help. I can get rid of it using ad aware but after reboot it comes back. i've used kill box, hijack this and many other things and it still comes back. there are three nasty files that keep coming back.

please help.I am running windows xp home

Try using pestpatrol corporate edition once.

i dont have that application. i am using adaware spybot and spy sweeper. these entries keep coming back on reboot.

I think SaN-DeeP was suggesting that you get PestPatrol and run it.

If you post your entire HJT log, someone may be able to assist you with it.

since every spyware app is giving me different results i am reluctant to spen $60 or more on somethig that may or may not work. here is the HJT log i ran yeasterday

I agree with you....there are many good programs out there that are free, so I wouldn't go spending a lot of money on the programs like that. Adaware, Spybot, Spywareblaster, among others, work very well, and are all free. I'm sure one of the security experts can give you helpful advice on ways to get your pc cleaned up. Good luck!

Download sysclean (free) from Trend Micro, allow it to clean up any bad files it finds. It may take a while, so have a cuppa whilst it's running .

Be sure to download and install the latest pattern file. There's a link to it at the lower left-hand colum of the page. It will not run without the pattern file.
