best free anti virus and anti spyware?

So far i have Spyware doctor, AVG, Avira, Ad-ware, spybot and spy sweeper.
which are the main ones I should have? im trying to uninstall some if they are not gonna help that much

Personally, I like Spyware Doctor because of it's powerful real-time protection.
