I had done all requested and can now utilize the control panel. When I did the clean procedure I didn't think of saving the Rapport file before restarting as I thought it would repop up after a reboot so I did a search function with the program and here is the Rapport file from that.

Thank you very much for your help. I could not have solved this on my own.
On a side note - the background was removed so my guess based on your statement earlier is that it wasn't infected. Perhaps the problem resolved itself?
I did DL and use Spyware Blaster as well at the same time I had done the SmitFraudFix program. and got the first report to you from it.
Either way it be I still am thankful.
