Can't remove spyware tried everything

I cannot remove some spyware on my laptop. I have used Spybot and Adware to no avail.

I have attached my Hijackthis log if someone can advise me.

A couple of free online virus scans to run first ,

Afte you do that run hijackthis again and post new log ,instead of adding log as an attachment just hit the copy and save it to note pad and copy pated it into your post easier to read .Thanks
