Aside from that, I don't have many problems I notice with my PC. Once in a blue moon, explore.exe won't load properly and / or svchost will run quite a bit, in the neighborhood of 100% and 99 CPU processes. Also, I've had a slight problem with hotkeys.

Looks OK to me. 'Course, a HJT log alone is insufficient to make a proper determination.

It does show a few minor cleanup issues. And your Java is a tad out of date.
