Ok, now that's a problem which I cannot solve. Are you on 56k?
This could be a problem with your internet speed. I don't think it's got anything to do with malware.

What about everything else? Are you able to view this thread with no problems?

im on Comcast CABLE
it NEVER happened before... till my virus/malware problems which i solved already

im looking into bitdefender total security 2008. is it good? is it better than N360? any problems in it?

Actually, I would recommend using Kaspersky or Avira as they have the highest hits on malware.
Kaspersky is a paid one, but it's one of the best and has a 30-day trial period.

Begin your own thread. This one is two years old and you won't receive help within somebody else's thread. We need full information, operating system, anti-virus program, firewall and how do you know you are infected.
Follow the steps given here and then begin your own thread with all requested information and required logs and you will receive help, until you do that you cannot be offered assistance.
