Norton Internet Security - Restricted

Expand Post »
I am really not "understanding" the manual for the Norton Internet Security - I think I have done the right thing - as "Supervisor" - but when I try to check the "security alert details" it says "must not be a restricted account". Then if I try to change the status details it says "you do not have the necessary rights to....." Those two things are the biggest problems.....I have turned OFF firewall as I couldn't get to most web sites...now using Sygate as recommended by my techs at the provider...it's easier to be asked yes and no, rather than not get anywhere! I'm new - thanks!

Re: Norton Internet Security - Restricted

Just get rid of norton if you're not paying for it and get a free firewall that's just as good like Zone Alarm.
