Go to add\remove programs and remove Windows AdControl
You are running hijackthis from your desktop folder. The backups that hijackthis creates can be accidentally deleted when not in a permanent folder of it's own. Please do the following;
Click My Computer, then C:\
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there, and double click to run it.
Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows, and hit the "Fix checked" button.

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & navigate to & delete the following if found:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\czyuoyp.exe-file
C:\PROGRAM FILES\EBATES_MOEMONEYMAKER-folder
C:\PROGRAM FILES\WINDOWS ADCONTROL-folder
C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\WINTOOLS-folder
Reboot normally after doing the above, rescan with hijackthis, then post that log here please.
