Difficult to uninstall Norton antivirus,spysw?

Expand Post »
Hi all!
My subscription has run out on my Norton AntiVirus and Webroot SpySweeper and I think I'd prefer to uninstall both and go with Kapersky or something else. But I heard it's difficult to get Symantec off the computes totally. Is this true? What would I need to do to remove them?
What antivirus software do you all recommend?

Thanks!

Follow Symantec's instructions for uninstalling their product, then run the removal tool; http://service1.symantec.com/Support...05033108162039

anti-virus= NOD32 < must be purchased. Avast < Free
Firewall= COMODO < Free

Good Choice!

I recommend a Firewall, and i second Crunchie's recommendation, go Comodo, i use it, and it's great!

Enjoy
