OMG i'm in URGENT need of help!

ok let me list the sh!t these ****ing viruses/trojans are giving me:

- can't change my desktop, it's changed to a screen saying "OMG YOU HAVE A VIRUS" pop up.
-can't search on google, redirect to go.google.com
-can't open email, redirrects to hotmail.msn.com
-can't open links to some sites
-can't download antivirus things, eg. combofix etc
-if i do download a rar. file it doesn't unrar
-if i do download a .exe it doesn't load up
-AVG and spyboy not picking anything up
-can't install hijackthis, doesn't allow me
-screensaver turns to BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH
-pages load up real slow
-images, forums don't load up completely


PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME
i have no idea what to do, since i can't download any antivirus prrograms, and sometimes the pages that are linked to files are blocked.

help me

Slave the hard drive to another computer and run as many scans as you can.

Also, if you can (before or after) get into safe mode with networking by pressing F8 at startup, try downloading and installing combofix, etc. there.

Post back with results!

i tried safe mode with networking, but it doesn't even allow me to connect to the internet.

and i don't have another computer to put my harrd drive in to.

Does this computer have a recovery partition or did it come with any recovery CDs?

Also, can I have the make and model of the computer?
