Before you do anything else, I see in your log that you are running TWO anti-virus programs, Norton and AVG 8. The rule is ONE on a machine, more than one can actually lessen your protection, interfere with fix attempts and definitely slow down your machine. You absolutely MUST uninstall one of these, your choice. If the Norton program is expired then uninstall it. If it is not then uninstall the AVG 8 but ONE must go before you go any farther.
AFTER that then delete that HiJackThis, it is out of date. The one you want is THIS ONE
Create a new folder on the desktop by right clicking the desktop and then select New Folder. Name this folder HiJackThis.
Then download that new HiJackThis to that folder. Once it is there then rename HiJackThis by right clicking on the icon and selecting Rename. In the box type the following, HiJackScan.exe and hit enter.
Next download and run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
* DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.
After you have run that program, Reboot the computer and run a new Full System scan with HiJackThis, save the log.
Post back here with both of those logs.

IE7 redirect problem
I'm a bit new at trojan removal and problem solving on this level but have been working on the problem by reading and performing some of your recommended solutions. I have removed a Trojan "Ultimate Cleaner" and I am left with what seems to be a "fake/redirect" problem but that my unqualified opinion. I have run hijackTjis-v1.99.1 and post my hijackthis log below. Can You Help?

When that opens scroll through that list and look for Marvell Yukon Service OR the listing yksvc. It is in alphabetical order.
If you find either or both, highlight and double click to view it's properties. In the middle of the property box is Start Up Type.
Click that little arrow there and change start up to Disabled.
Close out.
Reboot and run a new HJT scan and post results here.

P.S. "May" have found some information. Do you have a Marvell Yukon Ethernet Controller? Don't know why this would suddenly show listed in your Services with a missing file...but there ARE Ethernet Controllers of with this brand name.
