Please help "have a look at my hijackthis log"

Hi guys and girls here,
my new acer aspire 5315 laptop running windows vista suddenly stop working as i was installing a software downloaded from lphant. i switch off and on again but can only run at safe mode, it doesn't longer run in a normal mode.

i run some antivirus software but they don't see anything, i believe a virus must corrupt my windows system or something so please help.

installing software downloaded from lphant.
This demonstrates the danger of file sharing for sure. You said you ran some antivirus programs, what were they?
I see at least ONE possible infection in your log, which is this entry;O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MSServer] rundll32.exe C:\Users\tim\AppData\Local\Temp\awTKDwut.dll,#1
Added by the W32/VB-CYG WORM! Spreads via removable storage devices.
Since you can boot to safe mode can you do safe mode with networking? If so do the following;
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.

* DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.
If you can do this then go ahead and scan in safe mode.

actually i used MacAfee and microsoft defender but nothing were detected. i was able to login in safe mode with networking, although i couldn't update as my internet connection could not connect. i installed Malwarebytes and perform full scan but No malicious items were detected, the result is bellow, any more idea pls?

Can you generate an Uninstall list with HiJackThis?
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

1. Start HijackThis
2. Click on the Config button
3. Click on the Misc Tools button
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Simply copy and paste the contents of that notepad into a reply
