regedit and sfc dont open

i get messages when i try and open these it says cannot find the file (regedit or sfc)(or one of its components) make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available so if you can hel itd b appreciated (i used hijack this and theres some thing that says at the end disableregdit but i dont know how to get to this on my computer also heres my hijackthis list if you can help

Unzip HJT into it's own permanent folder before doing anything in order that the backups it creates cannot be deleted by accident. (Not a temporary folder or directly on the desktop (in a folder on the desktop is fine) & not directly on your hard drive). Rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished tick the boxes next to all these, then close all browser and explorer windows, and tell HijackThis to "Fix checked".

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here and navigate to and delete the following if found:

Reboot normally after doing the above, rescan with hijackthis, then post that log here please.

ok well i found another problem as well when i startup some program called wscripts runs i clsoe it and it always not responding tis this a good thing or bad? also i cant go to my preferences either like when i right click on the desktop and hit preferences it gives same message as my regedit and sfc only as C:\windows\rundll32.exe

Did you delete all that I noted? Each of them are not wanted on your PC. Some of them are due to the GAGGLE.D or GAGGLE.E virus. They need to be gone :).

Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows, and hit the "Fix checked" button.
