I have read the post "Read Me: Helping yourself: What to do before starting a new thread or posting a HiJackThis log" already and I'm new to the forums so I hope this is the right place.
Problem: My other pc thats currently running windows XP home edition is having a problem opening many files. When I try to open internet explorer it will open for a split second then close. I have the same problem with AIM, it will actually let me type my password but when it goes to sign online it closes immeadiately. I can get on Diablo 2 and play online. But I have no way of getting on the net. I found this site searching for a possible solution and was able to get adaware 6 through limewire which can still go online. I walked through a series of steps to do an advanced search and what not with no results =(.
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months. Please let old threads die and do not reply to them unless you feel you have something new and valuable to contribute that absolutely must be added to make the discussion complete. Otherwise, please start a new thread in this forum instead.
