Cannot log in several scanner.

Hello,I'm having problem with my PC lately.I really don't know what was the cause.I tried to solve it by myself recently,by using Malware bytes and the Spybot (search and destroy),that was install on my PC, but it didn't work instead it didn't started anyway.Just like the software/program did not responding.So,I tried to run the on line scanner such as BitDefender/Eset.I managed to log in to my homepage (was Google.com),but every time I open the on line scanner site on a new tab,Firefox said 'Page Load Error' and the IE also gave the same results.Seems something are blocking me to run the on line scanner and solve the problems.Could anyone help me on this?Please.And I post also the HJT logs,in case anyone experts out there could show me the light.Thanks. Hello, sham... you have some dodgy registry keys which were used once to unregister your shell32.dll, possibly so as to modify it, so let's fix those and see where we can go from there. Unfortunately at the moment I do not know what software is behind it.
Start hijackthis, select Scan Only, place checkmarks against all the entries listed below that still exist, and then press Fix Checked.

O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-19\..\RunOnce: [ShowDeskFix] regsvr32 /s /n /i:u shell32 (User 'LOCAL SERVICE')
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\RunOnce: [ShowDeskFix] regsvr32 /s /n /i:u shell32 (User 'NETWORK SERVICE')
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\RunOnce: [ShowDeskFix] regsvr32 /s /n /i:u shell32 (User 'SYSTEM')

Then go Start, and paste into the Run box:
sfc /scannow -you will require your installation cd.
When done, try an online scan such as Kaspersky.

Hello gerbil,thanks for your reply.I've done according to your instructions,but nothing changed.Seems that I can't access any of security sites.I name a few-Kaspersky (as you refer to me),bit defender and many others site.I take example,when I clicked Kaspersky,the 'page load error' appear.What may cause the problem?And about MBAM,I've removed the program.

Fine, sham. Something is hidden from us... first please try this rootkit removal tool:
==Download [with IE only!!] the latest standalone version of Blacklight from ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/anti-virus/tools/fsbl.exe - Start it, accept the agreement and Scan.
And perhaps this virus scan [it involves a "huge" 35MB download, I understand if you may not wish to do it...]:
==Run [with IE only!!] the Online Scanner at http://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols.shtml
Post the results. If they fail to run then:
==Download this file to your DESKTOP: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
.....or this file: http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe
-IMPORTANT! : disconnect from the web, turn off your Antivirus, Antispyware and Firewall for the duration of this scan. Don't forget to reset them before you go back on the web!
- to run it dclick the Combofix.exe icon and follow the prompts to start it. When finished, it will produce a log, C:\Combofix.txt - post that log in your next reply.
A word of caution - do not touch your mouse/keyboard until the scan has completed. The scan will temporarily disable your desktop, and if interrupted may leave your desktop disabled. If this occurs reboot to restore the desktop.
Post also a fresh hijackthis log run last.

Hello gerbil,sorry for the late reply.It's getting clear to me,that some- thing is blocking me to get help.I've Gmail notifier installed since I used Gmail as my main e-mail application.Strangely,I've been waiting your replies from the last time I sent the last reply (it was on 2nd Dis), and the notifier didn't notify me.I was been so upset,thinking that no replies were coming in.Luckily,today I was 'Googling',trying to find the solution (hoping I found one).And then I saw this thread (initially I didn't expect it was my thread),'woila' like a miracle,there was your replies.Thanks gerbil.I'll be back to you as soon as I finish doing as your instruction.Sorry again.

Sham, right now please do this and report back on what you find:
Go to Start [All Pgms] > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Device Manager > View > Show Hidden Devices.
-expand “Non-plug and Play Drivers” ,
-search for TDSSServ
-right click on it, and select Disable [do not Uninstall!!]

Hello gerbil.Thank god,you're still there.Okay, I've disable the TDSSServ.And my subscription anti virus (McAfee) keep pop-ups messages,first,it's have remove a Trojan,and then prompt me to remove a program (relate to TDSSServ),but I just close the message. So,what is the next step?By the way,thanks gerbil.I am really glad,that you are still here.

Nice, Sham. Nothing bad shows in your hijackthis log, so I am going on guesswork from your description of the problem plus the nature of the pest that is currently causing a lot of problems. Let McAfee remove that program related to TDSSServ. I should mention that TDSServ is a rootkit; it is being used to hide some malware.
With TDSSServ disabled, please run a fresh hijackthis scan, post the log.
