Expand Post »
I have being using Windows Media Player 10 for awhile now and then all of a sudden it has come up with An Internal application error has occured.

I have tried a few things to sort it out but it has not worked,
I read another thread that someone else had put thru and it suggested they do i hijakthis scan and send the report so i have done that i am not to sure if i have done it right though as there were no boxs to tick i just pressed scan.

So here it is, oh the other problem is that i can not open the help/support on my windows xp it does not even come up with a error message, just wont open?

Re: An Internal applicaton error has occured!

You have the WORM_RBOT.NJ and will need an online scan to clean you up.

Go here to TrendMicro for an on-line scan & set it to autoclean for you.

Try this scan at Panda as well.

Reboot.

Post back the results along with another hijackthis log.
