You need to go to Windows Update and get the Critical Updates for your system. Hold off on SP2, however, at least until your system gets cleaned up.
As long as you use P2P programs (like Shareaza) you are likely to encounter problems.
Is 'Admanager Controller' a program you installed? I can't find any info on it.
Remove Newdotnet, either from Add/Remove programs in your Control Panel, or by going to:
http://www.newdotnet.com/#remove
And scroll down to the uninstall tool.
Scan with HJT and have it fix the following entries:

Close all windows other than HJT before you hit the Fix button.
Do a search for Savebait.exe, and ACTIVE TEST POKE.exe
when you find them, right-click on each, go to Properties, and give us what info you can on them.
Do you know anything about this one:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Application Data\locksbowsstupidextra\Internet Sign.exe
If not, give us the info on Internet Sign.exe as well
Do a search for abu.exe and delete any instances found
Close all browser windows, scan with HJT, and post a new log please, along with the requested information.
