MY Spyware found a Dialer (DYFUCA)

My spyware program found and blocked all but one item in my computer. Everytime I boot back up it comes back. I know it is somewhere in there, any ideas where I might look? :sad:

Posting a log from hijackthis will help us to make sure your system really is clean other than the dialer you mentioned.
