Re: Computer behave strange and working slow

In the 4 days it has taken you to reply, you have managed to get yourself re-infected.

Run malwarebytes antimalware and update it. Once it is updated, do a full scan of your system.
When the scan is finished, remove what is found.
Reboot your system and post the MBA-M log and a new hijackthis log.

Re: Computer behave strange and working slow

Dear Crunchie,

Read this carefully please.

I writing you from my work computer simply because I cannot open my browser with home comp. Problem is virus who preventing me to make connection with my server. Let's explain:

- Problem start when I install ESET Smart Security version 4 who probably have virus with him but scanning with MBAM and Spybot did not find anything.

Secondly, every time I start computer eset popping and say:
Scanner: Startup scanner
Object: Operating Memory
Name: Operating Memory
Treat: Win32/Agent.ODG virus
User: 979E8E7DA8C3410

and said that cannot be clean but instead to keep it in Quarantine, that nasty bugger is located in LogOn folder. I then deleting it but keep coming back.

Thirdly, I scan computer (full scan) with MBAM, Spybot, Super Antispyware and all of it finding some things - MBAM say there not any malware. Cleaning all findings but that's all coming back every time restarting computer and because of it I cannot connect modem to my computer, so browser (Mozilla) and e-mail (IE6) cannot work at all.
I tried with my son's laptop and all is fine (we using G2 wireles modem).
Obviously problem is with virus, directly with ESET Smart Security which I need to uninstall but cannot.

Can you please advice me what to do! And many thanks on your effort to help people who's comp knowledge is not professional.

Regards,

SerbOz
