Run Internet Exploder and go to Tools > Connections and remove any entries unrelated to your current ISP. If necessary, click on the Lan Settings button and check in there too.

well i went there were no entries relating to any ISP and also the Lan settings were empty

Try removing those 017 entries again with hijackthis and make certain you have all instances of Internet Exploder closed.
Try again in safe mode if they remain.

Follow the link and scroll down to ERUNT and download it.

Use the setup program to install ERUNT on your computer
For the zipped version:
Unzip all the files into a folder of your choice.
Click Erunt.exe to backup your registry to the folder of your choice.

Note: To restore your registry, go to the folder and start ERDNT.exe

Open the registry by typing regedit.exe from the Start | Run field.

Follow this path; HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters and click on the Parameters key.

On the right hand side now, look for the De.Bayer entry and delete it.

You need to do the same for the other 017 entries.

Reboot when done and see if the entries are still there.
