I have my g/f computer and she says that mcafee had pop ups that said it removed virus but it could not removed new win32. She meant to click do not allow but clicked on allow by mistake. The computer restarted and only boots up to the windows wall paper and safe mode only comes up with a blackscreen. There are no programs on either desktop. I have a copy of xp pro at home will repair work? If not is there any way to get the Creative suite and photos off the hard? she needs the for work.
