trackhits.cc hijacked homepage?

It seems that my co workers puter homepage has been hijacked by
trackhits.cc
the home page in internet options is about:blank
but it keeps trying to goto trackhits.cc
Any info would be helpful
I tries spybot, and adware se but this still keeps happening.
