Think I have got spyware on my computer!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I think that I have got some spyware on my computer, because I can't seem to get rid of a toolbar, which appears everytime on my internet explorer toolbar, even though I have deleted the toolbar several times. My homepage has also changed to http://www.web--search.com/ , which I cannot also change. I would be very grateful if you could help me with this problem.
