I asked the store i brought it from and they recommend Norton. STILL HOW DO I FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was advised on several free and paid-for AV products, but instead chose to rely on the advise of a sales-rep who's main priority was making a sale (ie, getting your money), when no-one here charges a cent for time spent trying to assist you.

Given the abuse to those who have tried to help you - often with little constructive feedback - personally think you can go jump!
