Your pc is infected. I see no evidence of any antivirus software.
You need to install a virus scanner and do a complete scan with it before attempting to clean anything else.
Avast is good - http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html
The title of your post is cannot access microsoft.com. Can you access any websites?
Also do you get random popups appearing without going onto any other websites?

processes I can see staight of the bat:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ms18_word.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Policies\Explorer\Run: [do_not_delete] C:\WINDOWS\system32\do_not_delete.exe (ironic I know)
Those two alone (especially on XP) can do untold damage to the OS, as well as dropping in other extras.
MBA is definitely the way to go. And get a decent AV client - Comodo, Avira, Avast ALL have decent free offerings
Here's my Malware bytes report

What is the AV called? I see no evidence that you have, in fact installed one.
Your last log looks worse than your first, which indicates the problem is spreading.
Install an anti-virus or everyone here who is trying to help you are just wasting their time.
MBA-M needs updating. The latest database is 2546.

These are all "fix-it" applications", not preventions. YouNEED a decent AV Suite, not only to aid in cleaning up this mess, but also to prevent further infections. If you have nothing to prevent other viruses/malware from reinfecting your system, then there really is no point in us helping you remove this problem... as is only a short matter of time before the problem starts all over again.

They are NOT anti-virus programs. You need to install one as Rik from RCE asked to to do.
Now i have
Malwarebytes Antimalware
Ad-ware AE
