IE 7 Redirect Problems

Hi guys, when ever im on google and search for something my searches sometimes redirect me to a weird website.. starts with zn322 something... i did a HiJackThis and here is my log

Sounds like you have some spyware or malware installed. Try running Malwarebytes and scan for any malware. You can get it from www.malwarebytes.org
It has saved me some trouble many times. Let me know if that doesn't work.

i downloaded and tried malwarebytes and deleted what ever errors came up but still having that redirect problem..

Did you update MB A-M prior to running a full scan? The download is a later version and new version come out every couple of weeks. MalwareBytes usually helps issues such as browser redirects since malware is usually what they use to infect your browser.

Try that and also try using Firefox, FF is more secure and actually is a much better browser anyways.

1. - Please update your version of Hijackthis as it is an older version. You can download a new version from http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro...-10227353.html
2. - Please download Malwarebytes, install and run a Full Scan! Remove everything that is found and reboot.
3. - Post a new reply with the full Malwarebytes Log and a new fresh Hijackthis log with the new version.

That is good. Malwarebytes has removed files.

Are you still having issues???

There are a lot things starting up when you logging. Follow http://netsquirrel.com/msconfig/index.html and disable things that are not needed.

Reboot, and then post a fresh hijackthis .

msconfig is a diagnostic utility and not a startup manager

It should not be used as such - there are better ways to deal with these, but probably best to wait until machine is clean before addressing this.
