Help me out

Okay I got some trouble when I log on from the log on screen I get three error messages that say:
1. Entry Point Not Found: The procedure [any] could not be located in DLL WININET.dll.
2. RUNDLL: Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL
Invalid access to memory location
3. ViewMgr.exe- Application Error: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.( After clicking the "OK" I get the same message but it says Weather.EXE this time then after clicking that OK button I get the same thing but it says dwwin.exe)
I cannot get online on the desktop computer but I can get on the internet on my laptop through wireless. So its something to do with the computer.
This might be spyware it might not I don't know. I found out my uncle had clicked on Internet Explorer when the problem happened and IE is infected.
What should I do?

I've moved this to the Viruses and Spayware section for you, so I guess you'd best simply wait for a response. That certainly sounds like a spyware hitchhiker to me!

Hi WPA, welcome to DaniWeb :)

From the problems you described, I would suspect you may still have some files lurking that you should remove. So that we can see exactly what you have running on your system, I suggest you get the self-extracting version of HijackThis from here (in line 2):
http://www.malwareremoval.com/downloads.html

Then, close any open browser windows, 'Scan and Save Log' with hijackthis, copy the log, and paste it here in this thread.
