Browser Hijack Browser Modifier

Have run Micro Soft anti spyware, How do I get rid of this, WOULD system restore work? Any other Free Programs to address this permanently?

System restore will only re-instate the problem. You need to disable system restore then scan to erradicate the problem. When you have sorted it re enable system restore again

Also log onto www.spywareinfo.com. Good section on how to deal with a hijack
