XP Desktop and Display Control Panel problem

Not sure if this is a virus/spyware problem, or XP in general, so I decided to post in both forums.

OK, I got hit by SpySheriff yesterday, after fixing that with AdAware and ewido, the 'Display' control panel does not offer the option to select an image for the background, I can only choose a color. Here's a HJT log:
