sfg311e.dll error when using windows explorer

Expand Post »
Whenever I try to open anything in windows explorer, My computer, My documents, and any other folder, I recieve a SFG311E.DLL error and they immediately close. The only thing I can open on my windows explorer is internet explorer. I am running on windows ME. I have run multiple spyware checks with ad aware, spy bot search and destroy, spyware doctor, as well as used cwshredder, and avg free edition. This error also pops up while working in safe mode. Ive searched for this error online to try to identify the problem but have come to no solution. When running hijack this, I got this as my log file.
