Try rebooting to Safe Mode with Networking and then try updating your McAfee and doing a full scan with it and then try MBA-M.
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.

* DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.

Reboot the computer into Normal Mode and again run MBA-M. Let it remove all that is found.
Reboot again.
Run a new HJT system scan and save the log.
Post back here with the first MBA-M log, the 2nd MBA-M log and the new HJT log.

That seems to have solved the problem. Thank you very much!!!!

The logs show no action taken. You have to tell it to Remove the items or else they won't be removed.

The logs show no action taken. You have to tell it to Remove the items or else they won't be removed.

I did hit remove select and it restarted my computer but I saw they were still in the quarantine section and removed them from there. Should I run the scan again?

Run HJT again and place check marks next to the following entries:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {E312764E-7706-43F1-8DAB-FCDD2B1E416D} - C:\Program Files\pdfforge Toolbar\SearchSettings.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SearchSettings] C:\Program Files\pdfforge Toolbar\SearchSettings.exe

Once you have placed the check marks then click Fix checked. Exit HJT and reboot.
Then update MBA-M and run it once more. Remove all items found, reboot.
Run a new HJT scan, save the log and post back here with both the MBA-M log and the HJT log.
