You've definitely got "unwanted guests", but just so that we don't repeat removal suggestions that you've already attempted, can you please tell us what proceedures and/or utilities you've tried so far? Thanks.

So far I have tried...
Ran killbox and removed a few files(havent seen spysherrif in 3 days)Following other suggestions from another fourm.Also ran HJT
and removed files suggested to other people when i found them.

Tried to follow other peoples directions to remove about:blank
but cant D/Load any programs they wanted them to D/load.

I was lucky enough to register here to as for help.
Please help!!! remember I cant download most programs

We can use HijackThis to clean out a lot of your infections if it's absolutely necessary, but given the number of different "nasties" you have, it would be an evil process.

anything with IE or MSN browsers.

Before fixing problems with HijackThis, you must make sure to close/quit ALL instances of your web browser! HijackThis cannot fully perform its fixes while browsers are running. To make sure that IE is definitely not running, simultaneously hold down Ctrl+Alt+Delete and click on the Task Manager button in the resulting window.

3. - Reboot into safe mode (you get to the safe mode boot option by hitting the F8 key as your computer is starting up)

- Open Windows Explorer, and in the Folder Options->View settings under the Tools menu, select "show hidden files and folders", and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extentions for known file types".

- Locate and delete the following files:

iau.exe
stisvsq.exe
svshost.exe
msqdevl.exe
lssas.exe
mservice.exe

- For every user account listed under C:\Documents and Settings, delete the entire contents of the following folders (but not the folders themselves):

(Important: One of the normal steps in eliminating malicious programs is to entirely delete the contents of all Temp folders. Given that, if any data that you care about is living in those Temp folders, you need to move it to a safe location now, or it will be erased along with everything else!)

4. Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

- Delete the entire content of your C:\Windows\Temp folder.

- Delete the entire content of your C:\Windows\Prefetch folder.

Note- If you get any messages concerning the deletion of system files such as desktop.ini or index.dat, just choose to delete those files; they'll be automatically regenerated by Windows if needed. Windows will allow you to delete the versions of those files which exist in sub-folders within the main Temp/Temorary folders, but might not let you delete the versions of those files that exist in the main Temp folders themselves; this is normal and OK.

- Empty your Recycle Bin.

3. Reboot normally, run HJT again, and post the new log.

ok did what you asked...
twice and wife did it once.1 thing I could not delete was LSSAS.EXE puter wouldnt let me.
Computer messed up so I had to do a restore and set it back 2 months
I can now get on the internet again but lost HJT and a few other programs
No Big Deal I dont mind. Was able to get a HJT log before the restore though.
This log is after your suggestions but before the Restore.Sometime tonight I will D/L HJT and atempt to get the other things you have links to.

Before you try to redo any instructions.

I have set the dackground to mine and IE to altavista and shut down the computer then restarted. I have found nothing wrong so far.
Seems to be running good with no detectable problems. Gonna watch it for 3 or 4 days and will let you know what happens. You may have beat this.
Only thing I did after your instructions was the restore.
