Why do you believe something needs fixed? HiJackThis is not really a fix program, it is a scan program to give a snapshot of the system and what may be running, auto starting, toolbars added, etc.
We need to know what problems you are having, what you have done to attempt to fix these problems and see logs from any of the programs you have run during these attempts. After learning that info then we can better direct you.
