My internet wont work from a trojan! p2p software killing me slowly!

I downloaded a program and installed it using a p2p program and now my internet wont work. I scanned with symantec but nothing came up. I ran a system scan with HijackThis v2.0.4 and this is what came up...

Im not sure how to interpret this and dont want to do anything wrong...im not even sure how much it will help with the problem. Any suggestions?

Until someone that knows a lot more than me, this is where I would start looking. If you haven't already, run your antivirus in Safe Mode. I am still a fan of Spybot and always have more than one updated antivirus program.

In the Control Panel, look for Device Manager. Look for anything that has a little yellow triangle with !. If you see that, right click and choose Properties. Read what it says.

Another place to check are Services. Something may have stopped running that is necessary for internet connection. Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. When you highlight, it should show a description of what that selection is or does.

Don't bother with Spybot unless all you want to remove are cookies. It has been left far behind other, more useful tools.
