Plz help i can't get rid of from antivirus-gold

Hi i have that antivirus-gold spyware it'is always in my desktop as a wall paper i can't change it or i can't erase it pls help me :(

Also Hijackthis couldn't find it :(

Get CounterSpy from here and allow it to do a full system scan:

Go to Windows Update and get the Critical Updates for your system.
