You did not have MBA-M remove items found. You also need to Uninstall the following programs via Add/Remove:
Ask Toolbar
Easy Internet Sign-up
FixCleaner
Freeze.com Toolbar
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.1_02
Napster
Napster Burn Engine
NoAdware v4.0
SpamSubtract

After you have done the Uninstalls of all the programs above then please do the following:
Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE
· You must download it to and run it from your Desktop

· Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
· Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
· When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
· Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Run Combofix ONCE only!!

Download HiJackThis from HERE and run a System Scan and save the log.
Post back here with the Combofix log and the HiJackThis log.

Very good. Now I would like you to Update MBA-M and do another Full Scan with it, again, have it remove everything it may find.
Reboot the computer and then please Run the ESET Online Scanner and attach the ScanLog with your post for assistance.

* You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan.
* You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.

* Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
* When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please post that log for us as directed below.
Reboot the computer again.

Then run a new system scan with HiJackThis and save the log.
Post back here with the new MBA-M log, the ESET log and the new HiJackThis log.
Judy

We can fix the long reboot for sure. Not now but later. When you have finished the scans, post the logs. Know it will take awhile. I will look at them tomorrow as it is quite late here. Hope that's ok with you.

First of all Jessie I owe you a giant apology.

Something I didn't notice at all in your original logs and I most definitely should have is you are running TWO anti-virus programs on there, Microsoft Security Essentials and Norton AntiVirus.

This is a BIG no-no. The absolute rule is ONE anti-virus program should be running on a system. By having two then you have greatly reduced your protection because they compete against each other and can allow infections onto the computer.

Is the Norton program current and renewed or is it an old program?
If it is old and not current then you should Uninstall that one. If it is current, paid for and up to date then Uninstall the Microsoft Security Essentials. You choose, but one of them MUST go ASAP. Uninstall via Add/Remove.

The Norton listings that must be individually Uninstalled are:
LiveReg (Symantec Corporation)
LiveUpdate 1.80 (Symantec Corporation)
Norton AntiVirus
Norton Security Scan

If it is the Microsoft Security Essentials program that you will Uninstall then that is the only one which needs to be Uninstalled.

Now I stress here, the Norton program must be one that is fully up to date, paid for and have time remaining on it's life to stay on there. If it is expired then it must go.

This would be one of the causes of your slow boot time, both of these programs attempting to start up.

Second there are other programs that you also need to Uninstall:
Ad-Aware
Ask Toolbar
PC-Doctor for Windows
TuneUp Utilities
TuneUp Utilities Language Pack (en-US)
None of those are needed and should be Uninstalled.

I also see the problem with your MBA-M not showing cleanups, you are not rebooting when the scan is complete, this shows in your HiJackThis log
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (reboot)] "C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe" /runcleanupscript
This means the machine must reboot in order to clean the infected files. This is added to the start ups to tell MBA-M to clean the files. This is one of the key instructions for MBA-M and it is noted in our sticky;
REBOOT after running MBA-M! This is extremely important. If the machine is not rebooted immediately then this means the infected files are not removed. MBA-M does it's cleaning on some files during the booting process BEFORE these files are in use, it cannot clean up files which are being used. So a reboot is a must, immediately after you are shown the infected findings and the check marks are placed and you click Remove Selected. It is immaterial how long the boot process takes it must be done immediately.

Once you have uninstalled all of the above then of course reboot, you may be required to reboot during the uninstalls and if you are told to do so then do so immediately and proceed to the next uninstall.
When those are all finished then run a NEW HiJackThis scan, save the log and copy/paste it back here. I can then better tell you what else needs fixing.
Judy

ok, sounds good and thanks again for your time.
i tried to uninstall the asktoolbar but it said something was missing.

Ok, we can play with that later. It isn't a big deal. Do the others, especially the extra anti-virus program, that one IS KEY.
Then do the new HiJackThis log and I will look at it in the morning. It's nearly 1 AM here.
Judy

You have some unneeded auto starting programs on there, meaning they run all the time even if you don't use them all the time. All of these below can be run manually if needed:
Donwload and install this small, FREE program Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel

Once installed it will be found in the Control Panel with a little computer icon labeled Startup.
Open the program and go through the various tabs and look for the following listings. If you find on, remove the check mark. You should find most of them in there on one tab or another. If you cannot find something don't worry, just make a note of it and let me know when you are finished. Once you have removed all the check marks then close the program, reboot and run a New HiJackThis scan.
Here are the ones you need to look for, none are needed to run the computer or need to run all the time, all can be run manually if needed:
hpsysdrv
HPHmon05
NvCplDaemon
nwiz
Sunkist2k
AlcxMonitor
IgfxTray
Microsoft Works Update Detection
SunJavaUpdateSched
BackupNotify
NVIEW
Corel Print Office Registration
HP Organize

Once you have placed the check marks click the Fix Checked button. Exit HiJackThis and reboot.

Next you need to uninstall Combofix as it will not be needed again and should not be reused:
* Click START then RUN
* Now type ComboFix /Uninstall in the runbox and click OK. The space between the combofix and the /uninstall, it must be there.
When shown the disclaimer, Select "2"

Next do the following:
It appears that your Java may be out of date so you need to update that by going to
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Download the Offline Install file and save it to your desktop. Then close all browsers.
Double click the install file to install. Watch the install carefully, this will only take a few moments, often times there are extra toolbars included in the java install, you DON'T want those so when or if you see one offered just remove the check mark indicating it and then it will not be installed. Once the java install is complete then open your browser and go back to that download page linked above and click Verify Now. This will take you to the verification page where your browser will be checked to assure the install was correct and complete.
Then run a new HiJackThis scan, save the log and post it back here.Almost done!
Judy
