Hijackthis (what should I remove)

Hi,
I downloaded Hijackthis, and ran a log. I already downloaded a couple of things, but I am unsure about most of these items. Which ones do I need to delete?

Why did you run HiJackThis? It is customarily used after all other cleaning tools have been used.

Not sure what you mean by you downloaded a couple of things, I thought you wanted to remove things.

The absolute thing for sure you need to UNINSTALL, that means going to Add/Remove and Uninstalling...Limewire. It has been ruled illegal by multiple courts and their website ordered by the courts to shut down. It is dangerous to use and now definitely illegal.
Uninstall it.
While you are in there also Uninstall UniblueRegistryBooster, a totally worthless, useless program. There is no way to "boost" the registry.

I meant that I already downloaded other cleaning softwares to get rid of the virus. Then I removed some of the items listed on this log. Yes, I don't use limewire anymore. From this list are there any other items that need to be deleted. I was very unclear, the reason for this log was because I was constantly being redirected to another site on the internet.

I cannot give any advice until I see all the logs from the programs you ran. Our instructions are very clear about this:
