unable to stop pop ups

Hi everybody,
I am unable to block pop-ups and malware even though I am having google pop-up blocker. Further more I am also having lavasoft adware scanner. Can anybody suggest me a effective software which can block popups and malware.

try symantec products.. I use Norton internet security and this has the feature whereby you can block popups from certain sites or all sites if you so wish to. its better than using an isp's own service. with regard to adaware... use microsoft antispyware. you can down load this from microsofts website.

for reference norton works absolutely fine with microsoft antispyware
