popups when i open IE or mozilla

Expand Post »
alright, i came home from school one day to find that my internet browsers kept crashing when i opened them. I used my ewido scanner and my adaware twice fully. i noticed that one thing kept staying there, surfsidekick, i went into the registry and tried to pick it out there, i tried removing it from the add/remove programs, tried to go to the file in my computer, nothing worked, when i went to my computer and found it, i tried to delete it, it said it was run by a process and i cant seem to find it, here is my hijack this log
help would be much appreciated.

Re: popups when i open IE or mozilla

I'm not proficient with HJT files, but this bug is well known. Here are a couple of sites with instructions on how to get rid of it.
