Encryption advice for files and email

Hi,
I have a small business and am looking for an encryption system for my files and email that doesn’t change the end user’s experience. The ones I’ve seen online require the end user to log in, download this, etc. These are my clients so I don’t want to add extra work on them or make it seem cumbersome to work with me.
