What is ncj.exe

My wife recently got Pest Trap which I was able to remove after some aggravation. During the process I noticed a file ncj.exe.
Today she has a note that mentioned the file when AVG detected a virus.
I have searched the web but cannot find what this file does or what it is for.
Does someone have the answer?

"njc.exe" is the name of a malicious file installed by the Pest Trap infection; the filename may be used by other infections as well. Delete the file.
