Then I would say your clean . To keep your computer running how it should be, use numerous anti spyware/virus programs, and scan often. For a list of some good ones have a look here.

HijackThis has a bug with its 023 lines showing (file missing) when its not missing

Where did Symantec say it was detecting this file?
