I have followed all instructions pertaining to virus removal after experiencing that something has hacked all of our email information and is sending out virus emails to all of our contacts.
It keeps saying error when i try to attach the logs you have requested.
I have even tried to reformat them and i still get an error message.
Please Help! Thank you.
