Same Spyware Returns Right Away

I ran Spybot Search & Destroy; it found and corrected 34.

I ran it immediatly afterwards and it found the same 34.

How do I get rid of them for good?

Awsome, lets work on this. Begin by downloading HijackThis, a diagnostic program. Directions for this and download location can be found here:
