Yantoo layers runtime uninstall

I would like to uninstall Yantoo Layers Runtime. When I try in "Add remove programs I get "set up initialisation error". Every post that I have found on this topic seems to end before a solution is found.
There is no size listed for this program in "add/remove" (not even 0) as there are for other programs. Does that mean it is empty?
I have done all of the "readme" stuff from this forum with the exception of posting the reports. I just don't know enough to judge what is safe to post and am hoping that they are not needed. Thanks

In this case I think the setup file has been removed which the application uses to uninstall the program. So, either you can manually find the file/folder and remove it from the drive or try to re-install it (if you have the setup files with you) and than try uninstalling it again.
