Please can someone take a look at my Hijack log

Recently I have been getting warnings from zonealarm firewall about an application called: boreregspile.exe trying to access the internet, I have of course blocked it as I have no idea what it is. The file is located here: C:\Documents and Settings\Josh\Application Data\THUNKBAITDEAF, along with another application called fkapgjiw.exe.

I have run scans with zonealarm, Windows Defender, Ad-aware, Spybot Search and destroy, Ewido, all of which have failed to pick up on it. I don't want to delete it in case it is an important file but it would be nice to know what the hell it is. I have tried Google but there are no results. It seems to be slowing my pc down somewhat.

I was recommended to scan with Hijack and ask someone to scan it for me. I don't know if this is the right place or if anyone can do it but if you can I would be very grateful.

Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.
Select:Delete on Reboot
then Click on the All Files button.

Please copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy):

Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose Paste from Clipboard.

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.

Thanks for your speedy reply. I have done all of what you asked and it was all successful. The boreregspile.exe has been successfully deleted and I did a search for winbjv32.dll and nothing was found. I removed all the entries you said to and uninstalled free download manager, (no I hadn't downloaded that.)

However, now I have deleted the boreregspile.exe, the other file that I mentioned: fkapgjiw.exe, that is located in the same place as boreregspile.exe (they were the only files there) is now trying to access the internet in the same way as boreregspile.exe did.
