Another Dreaded AIM Virus

Yes...I have contracted an AIM virus for being my dumbass self.
I can't seem to fix it AT ALL. There is a file in my process's folder that I do not recognise wgav.exe <-- it can not be deleted because it just comes back when you delete it.
