Looking for a good Anti-Spam program

I am a Windows 98 user and recently installed Norton Antivirus 2005. Can anyone recommend a good anti-spam program that won't conflict with my Norton Antivirus? Thank you.

Norton has an email scanner. And if you want an email service that has a good spam blocker I recommend gmail.
